Q: I would like to convert a piano score that is from the Cakewalk program to
the Encore notation program. I can transfer it to Encore, but it is not
in a readable form. Do you carry software that can take the piano score
and split it into the correct treble and bass clef stanza, so that it
would be playable. Any suggestions you may have would be appreciated
A: Music Write Maestro can take a single track which contains music on a
Grand Staff and explode it into two new tracks, one Treble, one Bass.
The split point is Middle C. You can then save it as a MIDI file which
you could then open in other software that opens .mid files.
We would suggest downloading the demo version of Maestro on our website,
www.voyetra.com
