Q:  Each time I want to Load the program I get this error message:
        "Do you want to completely remove the selected Application 
         and all of its components."
    No, I don't want to remove. I want to use the program but I cannot.


A:  Please make sure that you are not double-clicking on the Setup.exe 
    installation file (Shortcut) that is being created on your Desktop. 
    This file is for you to Back Up and Save in a safe place in case you need
    to re-install the program in the future. If you keep on clicking on this 
    file, this program (like all Windows programs) will alternate between 
    Installing and Uninstalling.

    This program (like every other Windows program) should be launched from
    the Windows Start Programs menu:
    Start > Programs > Company Name > Product Name.
 
 
    TIP: To avoid any future confusion, perhaps you should move the Downloaded
         files to a different location in your computer for safekeeping.
