All files and documentation are offered on an *AS IS* basis and you assume full responsibility for using them.
Visual problems - Flickering, Grainy Picture etc. 
These are all video related resource issues. Try updating the drivers for your
Video Card. Video Cards are 'hogging' our systems BIG TIME and we should try 
to use the best possible optimized Drivers available. 

Also close down any unnecessary applications in your System Tray
(especially anti-virus software). 
 
You may also try turning down the Video Acceleration for your Video Card: 
    *  Right-click on the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop and select
       'Properties'  
    *  Go to the Performance tab, click on the 'Graphics' button 
    *  Lower the hardware acceleration to 'Basic accelerator functions' 
       (one notch from the right)  
    *  After doing this, run the program again.  If the error reoccurs, 
       set the hardware acceleration to 'None'.
