Downloadable Software - What do I do if my Computer Crashes? 
We recommend that you always make a copy of the Software solely for archival
purposes. Customers are responsible for backing up all their software that was
purchased via On-Line Downloads, the same way they would with other valuable 
computer programs or documents. The price of the on-line purchase does NOT 
include a hard copy of the program.
