There appears to be a misunderstanding regarding Electronic On-line purchases 
of Downloads.  What you purchase is the "Product ID" / "Serial Number" or 
"Key" to *Unlock* a Software program.

The "Product ID" includes ONE License for the program to be used in ONE 
system, as well as Royalty and Copyright fees. The price of the product 
does NOT include a hard copy on a CD-ROM. Customers are responsible for 
backing up their electronic purchases for safekeeping. 

If you need to Upgrade your system, please make sure that the version 
previously installed in a different System is Uninstalled, as no two Systems
can use the same License / Product ID. Copyright Laws allow you to Activate
/ Register your program using a different machine a limited number of times, 
so please do not 'use up' your Registration frivolously.  If you Max-out your
Registration times, you would need to purchase a new License.
