This is for EPS owners out there who use SampleVision and could use some 
information on sending various sample "layers" to their sampler.
 
In order to send a sample from SV to the EPS the user must first "create a new
instrument" then "create a layer" then "create a WaveSample" in that order.  
In the case of the AIRSN sample, it's composed of 3 layers, if the EPS user 
goes ahead and creates all 3 new layers and WaveSamples right from the get go,
SV gets confused and locks up, even though the user selects the correct layer 
& WaveSample to send the SV sample to.  

The only way around this is to create 1 layer & WaveSample at a time then 
send the sample data from SV to that layer and then create the 2nd layer 
& wavesample and so on.
