The "Teach Me Piano" program does not support Windows Vista. 
It should be installed only in a system that runs on Windows XP or earlier. 

ISSUE:
  Some video content does not display properly in Windows Vista. 
  (audio can be heard but no video is seen).

  The Voyetra "Teach Me Piano" series of software products were not designed 
  for the Microsoft Windows Vista operating system and they are not compatible
  with it. On a new installation of Vista, users of TMP will likely find that
  a portion of the instructional videos within the program do not play
  properly. While the audio can be heard, the video is blank, or as shown 
  in the below screen capture).  



  Unfortunately, there is no resolution to correct this issue. These programs
  are not Supported in new technologies and they should not be used in systems
  that run on the Windows Vista OS.
