Q:  I have installed Teach Me Guitar onto my system, but when I try to run it,
    it says that there is a problem with the file D:/tmgL.avi and that it can 
    not open it. I checked the file, and it is a video file of some sort, I
    have sent error report to Microsoft. Could you please tell me how to fix
    this problem, how I should address the file, and run the program.


A:  What's probably happening is that a part of the Indeo installation files 
    are missing or corrupted. Although they're apparently installed, something
    is not completely right, that's why the AVI files won't play.
 
    The video codecs are part of the operating system and we don't support 
    the Operating System. It's up to you if you want to try downloading them 
    (they're not free) and re-installing them though. It's recommended to 
    contact your computer manufacturer for assistance. The Indeo codecs can
    also be purchased from the Ligos Corporation:
