Error: "Can't Run 16 bit Windows program. Cannot find file C:\PROGRA~1\Voyetra\ 
Q:   The installation process went smoothly and in the end it said it
     installed correctly. As soon as I selected Piano Lessons then Lessons,
     the following error message appeared: 

      "Can't run 16 bit Windows Program " "Cannot find the file      
      C:\Progra~1\Voyetra\Teach Me Piano\TEACHPNO.EXE (or one of its 
      components). Check to ensure path and filename are correct and
      all required libraries are available."


A:  This may happen in a system, when some other program has been installed
    to run in a Windows Compatibility mode.

    Please do the following EXACTLY as written:
    1.  Un-install the Teach Me Piano program using the Add/Remove Programs
        icon in the Windows Control Panel. Please make sure to remove all 
        shared files (if prompted.)
 
    2.  Goto Start > Search for Files or Folders and search on your 'C' drive
        for:    teachpno.ini    If you find it, delete it.
   
    3.  Reboot your computer.
 
    4.  Once you're back at the Windows desktop, disable any anti-virus 
        software (Norton, etc).

    5.  Reinstall the program and see if it works correctly.
