Software is NOT returnable. Products purchased online or phone order 
(Boxed or Electronic Downloads) are not returnable / refundable under ANY
circumstances.  The last Check Out page as well as the Confirmation Email
(automatically generated and sent after an online purchase is completed) 
constitute irreversible and non-transferable ownership of the Product. 

Generation of the Product ID (Serial Number / Key Activation Code) represents
Copyrights, Royalties and Licensing fees that have been attributed to the 
appropriate participating parties. There are also Transaction fees associated
with each online purchase, as well as with each Credit Card Charge or Credit.

This provision for Software returns (that is universal in the industry) is 
also expressed in our "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" document available on our Web 
Site and in the Order Confirmation email. It is also the last and mandatory
step that must be *agreed upon* by placing a checkmark in the appropriate 
box, to complete the check out process. Otherwise you CANNOT make a purchase.

If you purchased something from a Retail store and for some reason you 
changed your mind, please address the issue to the Retail store it was 
purchased from *observing their policies* and not to the Manufacturer.
