Hold the card upright with the metal bracket to the right. 

I/O Jumpers
-----------
The two I/O jumpers are on a row of 8 pins across.  They are the row located 
on the left side of the card along the bottom. 

[ ] indicates a jumper bridging two pins; 0 is a free pin.

IRQ Jumper

The IRQ jumper is on the set of pins, 2 rows of 4, in the middle and at the
bottom of the card.

|| is a jumpered vertical pair. 0 is a free pin.
