V-22/V-22m driver information
DEFAULT SETTINGS:
IRQ 2 on the card = IRQ 9 according to the Windows drivers.
Address 330 is actually an 8 bit range from 330-337 (hexadecimal).
These are set by jumpers on the card;
By default, the software drivers match them.
To change settings: change the appropriate jumpers, then change the
software driver to reflect the changed parameters.

For V-22 DOS driver  (vapi22.com):

If the driver that comes with Sequencer Plus version 4.11 causes an error
message as you enter Sequencer Plus, download later version of Vapi22.com
from FTP (version 1.53).

For multiple Voy (DOS) interface driver, V-22 as secondary: (sapi22.com)
A VAPI driver gets loaded (for another device), and then the pseudo-Vapi
"Secondary Midi interface" driver gets loaded. In this mode, only the two
output ports are used on the secondary V-22.

For Windows 95/98, version 2.00 of V-22(/V-24s) driver:

In some systems this driver might not work properly.
In this case install the Windows 3.x driver.

============================================================================
For Windows 3.x driver (version 1.53) of V-22 driver:

This works fine in Windows 3.x, but also runs very well in Windows 95.
In Win 95, however, the driver will not show up in Control Panel / System.
To access the driver settings, go to Control Panel / Multimedia / Advanced /
Midi Instruments and Devices.

============================================================================
for V-22m in Windows 9x:

The MPU module on the V-22m may get detected by Windows automatically.
This driver needs to be removed in order to install the Voyetra Windows
driver for the V-22.

The V-22m has two modes of operation:
The V-22 mode has two Midi In's and two Midi Out's.
The MPU mode only uses the first port In and Out.
Only one mode can be used at one time (they share hardware).

=========== More about the "m" in V-22m ====================================
The MPU is a "true" Roland MPU (with real Roland chipset), and can be
"initialized" in MPU "Intelligent" Mode as well as the standard "UART" Mode.
