S/PDIF - Internal and External Sampling Rates/Bit Depths 
ALL AUDIO ADVANTAGE DIGITAL OUTPUTS: 
  - The digital output can "handshake" with external devices at 48 kHz. 
  - The digital output's maximum bit depth is 16 bits. 
  - The internal sample rate is the standard 48 kHz. This is to ensure 
    trouble-free operation with Dolby Digital/DTS decoders with digital input.


DIGITAL INPUT - AA_SRM & AA_Roadie *ONLY*:
  - The digital input can "handshake" with external devices sending at 
    the 48 kHz sampling rate. 
  - The digital input's maximum bit depth is 16 bits. 
  - The internal sample rate is the standard 48 kHz. This is to ensure 
    trouble-free operation with Dolby Digital/DTS decoders with digital input.
