"Account Inactive"
etc. etc. etc.
* When submitting an on-line order please make sure that:
- You use the correct spelling of YOUR email address, not your friend's
- Do NOT use www. in front of an email address
- You use the correct 3 letter extension:
.COM is quite different than:
.NET or .ORG (remember; Computers are not forgiving)
* Recently, in order to fight Spam, a good number of Customers are running
"Spyware" "Spam Killer" or other filtering software that also block
"good" email from getting through.
*AOL* has a Spam folder where it dumps every 'unknown' email!
*Earthlink* (boasting the best Security) uses the following response:
This is an automatic reply to your email message to xyz@earthlink.net
This email address is protected by EarthLink spamBlocker. Your email
message has been redirected to a "suspect email" folder. In order for
your message to be moved to this recipient's Inbox, he or she must
add your email address to a list of allowed senders. Click the link
below to request that xyz@earthlink.net add you to this list.
You realize that our on-line store cannot follow up on such requests since
it is all handled Automatically / Electronically, thus enjoying lower
pricing. We have no control over the fact that you may have implemented any
of these policies. So in order to receive your Confirmation, PLEASE make
sure that you temporarily disable these 'features'. Think of it this way:
You invite a guest in your house but when they arrive you do not answer
the door...
