Web Registration:
Q:  I tried to Register with the Product ID but program at your site said it 
    was wrong Product ID number?  

A:  The "Video Advantage" Product cannot be Registered on our Web Site
    from the Registration tab. It should be Registered from within the program
    during the installation or later by going to:
        Start > Programs > Turtle Beach > Video Advantage > 
        Register VideoAdvantage

Registering AD FullCap Software:
Q:  Every time I try to open the AD FullCap Software, I´m asked to write the
    serial number. The question is if there is a way to avoid this. I believe
    the use of the serial number the first time is normal but not all the
    time. Other question: this product is not listed in the registration form.
    How I can Register it? Thank you.

A:  The product is registered via the following path: 
    Start > Programs > Turtle Beach > VideoAdvantage.
                                   ***   
    ADFullCap should only need the serial number when it is first launched.
    Please enter the serial number, let the program open and then close it. 
    It should not need the serial number the next time you open it. 
    However, if it still does, uninstall and reinstall ADFullCap.

Q:  I want to know if the license of the software included with Video
    Advantage allow us to install it in a desktop computer and a laptop 
    computer at the same time.

A:  Because of Copyrights, Royalties, Licensing, the purchase price for the
    Product grants to the original owner (purchaser) a non-transferable 
    license to use ONE copy of the Software on a single computer.
