A symptom of this may be that:
-  The Drivers cannot be installed so they do not appear in the Device manager
-  Power Director is complaining with an Error message: 
   "This software can only be installed on a designated system."


This is very rare as it has to do with the angle at which a motherboard is
positioned against the Computer Chassis. If you come across this problem, 
here is what you do:

Power down your system and remove the retaining screw on the Video Advantage
PCI card. Take the card out of the PCI slot and re-insert it until you hear 
it "snap" into place. Do not replace the retaining screw. Re-start your system
and see if you receive the same error.
