AdFullCap - PAL 60 format (XBox 360 and Sony PS3 game consoles) 
The AdFullCap capture program will function in both USA (NTSC) and European
(PAL) formats. It will not function in the PAL 60 format, which is NTSC with 
the PAL color burst signal. This format is mainly used in the XBox 360 and 
Sony PS3 game consoles.
