  The "Video Advantage USB" product was designed and developed for Windows XP
  only and the package provides Drivers and software support only for Windows
  XP (Home or Pro edition 32-bit). 

  This said, there is a Windows Vista Driver on our Web Site, as well as a 
  new version of "AdFullCap" filename: "ad_vista.exe" that will allow you 
  to use the program in Windows Vista. This is totally UNSUPPORTED and
  provided you did not encounter any more serious issues (as expressed in the
  article above this.    

  Please note that the OEM versions of the Cyberlink programs included in 
  the original retail package (Power Director & Power Producer) do not 
  support Windows Vista, therefore, they cannot and should not be installed 
  in Windows Vista.   
  

NOTE: This Driver does not support 64x Bit platforms: 
      Windows XP and Windows Vista 64x are NOT supported.
