If this happens after you fill in all of your info, please make sure that:

-  You do not have your Cookies disabled. This can happen not only from 
   your Internet Browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape) but also from 
   other Software that is blocking them. 

-  You have a 'normal' security level for your Internet Browser.

-  Your Firewall is not blocking your on-line transaction. 
   Institutions with Domains such as .EDU .GOV etc. implement high 
   security policies that may block this process.

                            In Detail:
This usually indicates that your Internet Browser's security/privacy settings
are set too high for cookies to be written to your computer. Cookies 
are necessary for the proper functioning of our checkout process (as with
most online stores). You may also have software running that is blocking
the required cookie functionality.

To remedy this, lower the settings in your browser or temporarily suspend
the cookie blocking software and complete the checkout. You can then
restore the settings to their original state once you are done if you wish.
