The purchase price of the Software grants the original OWNER a License
*non-transferable* to use one copy of the Software on a single computer, 
which also must contain the Hardware. This is because of Licensing, Copyright,
Royalty fees associated with each Software copy that is included in the 
Hardware package. 

In order to run a new Installation, Registration and Activation of the
Software, it must be first thoroughly Uninstalled from a previous System 
and only then attempt a new Installation. Please note that you can do this 
only a limited number of times, so please do not 'waste' them unless it is 
necessary. 

If you like the "AudioSurgeon" Editor and wish to use it in multiple systems
with or without the Hardware, a new License should be purchased. It is 
available as a stand-alone electronic purchase from our Web Site.
