We designed the Video Advantage products for use in Windows XP Home and
Professional, and they certainly work in those operating systems. 

Media Center is a separate program that you launch so that you can view your
computer desktop on your TV, controlling it from there, often w/ a remote
control. 

We do not recommend launching our video capture software from within Media
Center. If you launch Windows and then close down the Media Center module, 
you will be left at the standard Windows XP desktop, and there should be no
problem running the Video Advantage software from there.
