Recording Streaming Audio from internet 
To record streaming Audio from the internet:

1) In the Playback Mixer uncheck the Mute box in the Monitor slider 
2) In the Record Mixer Select the Mixer Out 

Now you should be able to use Sound Recorder or AudioStation 32 to record
files played with Real Audio, Windows Media Player or MP3.

NOTE: 
  Most streaming Audio files have not been set by the author to allow
  recording. Many such files are copyrighted by the author and you might not
  be allowed to record them.
