NT 4.0 - MIDI - FM MIDI works but no Wavetable
1) Uninstall the low-level MIDI driver
2) Install the generic MPU-401 from the NT 4.0 CD.
3) Assign port 330 & IRQ 2/9.
4) Turn off the computer and cold boot.
