NT 4.0 - MIDI - No Wavetable 
In NT you need to have the Bios setup with PnP OS Aware disabled.
Also, to get your Wavetable Midi to work as opposed to FM, you need to go to
the Control Panel, TBS Audio icon, (Advanced Settings-Wavetable Synth) and
select 1 or 2 MB. Then of course reboot. Now you should have Wavetable.
