Open Control Panel | TBS Audio and set up the Wavetable Synth. The setup
is slightly different for Windows 95 and NT:
* Select Start | Settings | Control Panel and double-click on the TBS Audio
icon. A window titled "Advanced Settings - Wavetable Synth" will open.
* The following options will appear under "General MIDI":
- Onboard ROM
- 1 MB PC RAM
- 2 MB PC RAM
- 4 MB PC RAM (is grayed out because there is not a 4 MB patchset
available.)
* Select one of the RAM options. This will use the computer's RAM for the
wavetable synthesizer. This is all that is required for Windows NT.
* The following options will appear under "Downloadable Sounds" (Win 95
only):
- None 512 KBytes
- 1 Mbytes 4 MBytes
- Others
* Select one of the options other than "None".
* Finally, check in Control Panel | Multimedia | MIDI that the TBS Daytona
PCI Plug'n'Play Wavetable Synthesizer is selected for MIDI output, and
that the synth level in the audio mixer is turned up.
