DLS Manager - System Error when starting the DLS Manager
To eliminate "System Error: unspecified error: &h0004005 c-2147467259": 

1) Open the Windows Control Panel and double-click on the TBS Audio icon.  

2) Under Downloadable Sounds, enable DLS memory.

3) You'll see the following options:
     Downloadable Sounds
       None         512 kBytes
       1 MBytes     4 MBytes
       Others

4) We recommend choosing either 4 Mbytes or Others.  In the Others option, 
   you can type in a value up to 8192 Mbytes, which is recommended in order 
   to use the DLS banks on the Daytona CD.
     
5) Restart the computer.

6) Reinstall the DLS manager from the Daytona CD (DLS_MGR\Install). 

If you are still experiencing the error, 

To eliminate "System Error: unspecified error: &h80004005 c-2147467259": 

1) Right-click on the My Computer icon and search for copies of the files 
   "COMCTL32.OCX" and "COMDLG32.OCX" that are not in the "WINDOWS\SYSTEM" 
   directory.  When these are found, create a new folder in the directory 
   that contains these files and move them into that new folder.  Then 
   copy "COMCTL32.OCX" and "COMDLG32.OCX" from "WINDOWS\SYSTEM" into the 
   directory the duplicates were found.

The error should be eliminated.
