MIDI - no MIDI wavetable in NT 4.0
The normal installation procedure outlined in the Help file will usually
result in everything working. However, if the MIDI Wavetable is not
working, check the following:

* In the computer's BIOS setup, set "PnP Aware OS" as DISABLED. This is
crucial. It is not set for a non-Plug and Play OS (which NT is), the
card won't function correctly. Change the BIOS setting if incorrect
and then boot back into NT.

* Make sure that a generic MPU-401 device is listed in the MIDI section of
the Control Panel | Multimedia | Devices tab. If not, install one from
the NT CD. Click the [Add] button and then select "MPU-401" from the
list that appears. Insert the NT CD in the drive and click [OK]. A
configuration window should appear. Select resource settings such as
  port 330 and IRQ 9.

* Make sure that "Low Level MIDI, Wave & Aux Support" appears in the MIDI
section of the Control Panel | Multimedia | Devices tab. If not, click
[Add] in Multimedia | Devices, and select it from the list to install.
(The driver is on the NT CD.)

- Make sure that the control panel icon, TBS Audio, used to control the
wavetable is set for 1 or 2 meg of system RAM for the samples.
