Q: For all practical purposes Audio Advantage and drivers appear to be
properly installed with no conflicts and yet when I play audio or DVD
I get no sound from my speakers. The Logitech speakers are properly
hooked up and the miniplug is plugged into the Line Out of the
Audio Advantage. Help me please get this to work.
A: Each Speaker system is different and there are a lot of them out there.
We would not know what specifics apply to each Speaker Manufacturer.
Please connect a pair of headphones to the Line Out jack and see if you
get sound.
Then, please make sure the Audio Advantage is selected as the Playback
Device in Sound and Audio Devices from the Windows control panel. If the
headphones work, then please consult with the Speaker Manufacturer's
documentation as something may not be setup properly.
