Broadcom 2045 Bluetooth 2.0 USB Device incompatibility 
Q:  There is a tray icon but when I right-click and go to "status" I read 
    "0 Turtle Beach Audio Advantage device(s) found." I also I have a 
    Broadcom 2045 Bluetooth 2.0 USB Device.


A:  Update your software to WIDCOMM Bluetooth Software 5.1.0.4200 from the
    Broadcom.com site and the problem should be fixed. You should now have 
    a palm tree icon in your systray vs the two green dots you previously had
    and all should be working fine now.
