Uninstall - How to Update Device Driver for Audio Advantage Products (all) 
If you need to install the latest driver for your Audio Advantage product,
please be sure to uninstall the currently installed driver BEFORE installing
the newer one. Here's how: 

- From our support site, download the latest version of the driver for your
  product. Save the driver installation file to your Windows Desktop. 

- Disconnect your Audio Advantage product from the USB port. 

- Go to Start > All Programs > Turtle Beach > Audio Advantage XXXX (the name
  of your product) > Uninstall Audio Advantage XXXX. 

  NOTE: Please *do not* uninstall from 'Add or Remove Programs' 
        or 'Programs and Settings' in the Windows Control Panel.

- If you are prompted to reboot the computer, reboot. 

- Now you are ready to install the updated driver. Double-click on the
  newly-downloaded driver installation file on your Windows Desktop. Follow 
  the prompts. Connect your Audio Advantage product to the USB port when
  prompted. 

That should do it.
