AA SRM and AK-R8


There are a very few other companies' USB-connected audio devices that use
similar circuits to our Audio Advantage AK-R8 and SRM products. 

If one of these other companies' USB audio products is installed in your
system and you try to install an AK-R8 or SRM, the installation will not be
successful or may cause driver conflicts. You may see 'blue screen' errors, 
or the AK-R8/SRM may be misidentified as a "C-Media CM106-like device". 

You must completely remove the other C-Media-based USB audio device and its
software BEFORE installing the Turtle Beach Audio Advantage SRM or AK-R8. 
You would need to choose between the LTB headset and the AK-R8. They simply
won't co-exist. 

If you want to use the AK-R8, you will need to completely uninstall the 
software for the LTB product and disconnect it from your system. Then install
the AK-R8 software and hardware.
