Error: Vista specific: "Plug in the unit"
Q:  I've been trying to install the drivers. I get an alert that says to plug 
    the unit in and I do and it's recognized but the alert doesn't go away. 
    Any suggestions?

A:  First thing you want to do is try a different USB Port. Preferably one
    that has not been used before if possible. Also, please make sure that 
    the SRM is connected directly to the USB Port and not though a USB Hub.
