To use two Fiji cards in NT 4.0, use the NT driver build RC4 
(3.02 driver package): 

1. Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Multimedia. 

2. Click on the Devices tab. 

3. Open the Audio section by clicking the plus (+) sign. 

4. Double-click on the TBS Pro Series Digital Audio device. 

5. Click [Settings] to bring up the configuration window. 

6. Click on the title bar once with the left mouse button, to give 
   the focus to the title bar.

7. Click the right mouse button once on the title bar.  A menu will appear 
   with an option to install another card. 

   Note: If you do not see the menu, make sure that you click on the title 
     bar of the configuration window (the one where the resource settings 
     are changed) and that you click the left mouse button once and then 
     the right mouse button.
