Jumper 10 is set at the factory and should not be changed or the board will 
not function. 

If the jumper has been inadvertently removed, replace it.  The correct 
orientation is for the black jumper block to be on the first and second 
of the four pins.  Below is a picture of the four pins above the silver 
crystal on the card:

Note that the correct orientation has the metal back bracket of the sound 
card to the right.
