The Fiji and Pinnacle drivers are not correctly recognized by Netmeeting
3.0/3.01 for full duplex operation.  
The "Enable full duplex audio so I can speak while receiving audio" 
box is grayed out incorrectly indicating that the Fiji/Pinnacle 
doesn't support full duplex.  

Our suggestion for Fiji/Pinnacle users is to go back to using Netmeeting 2.11,
which correctly allows full duplex operation with the Fiji/Pinnacle.
