Mic - mono MIC - only Left channel works 
If you use a MONO Mic and only the Left channel works, carefully remove the
top jumper on JP1 (mic/s/pdif).  This will pass the signal to both channels.

NOTE: The above should be performed with the system powered down after the
      card is carefully removed from the Motherboard.
