NT 4.0 Install help file 
The sound card includes an online help file which walks you through an NT 
install: 

1) In the Applications CD, run "apps\setup.exe". 

2) If the drivers aren't installed, a dialog box appears asking whether you 
   want to run the troubleshooter.  Click [Yes].
