MIDI - how to enable the Wavetable and external MIDI In under NT 4.0
1) Install the Malibu.

2) Install the Low-level Wave, MIDI and AUX support.
   a) Open Control Panel -> Multimedia
   b) Click the Devices tab
   c) Click [Add]
   d) From the list, select Low-level Wave, MIDI and AUX support
   e) Click [OK]
   f) Your Windows NT CD may be needed to install the driver.

The system is now enabled to play MIDI. However, it's only FM at this
point. To enable the Wavetable and get external MIDI in, add an MPU-401.

3) Install the MPU-401-compatible driver
   a) Open Control Panel -> Multimedia
   b) Click the Devices tab
   c) Click [Add]
   d) From the list, select MPU-401-compatible Driver
   e) Click [OK]
   f) Your Windows NT CD may be needed to install the driver.

Now, you'll have the ability to select the Wavetable by choosing
Generic MPU-401 in your software application. For external MIDI In,
select the same port.

4) Confirm that the settings for these two devices match:
   a) MIDI for CrystalWare Audio Driver
   b) MIDI for MPU-401-Compatible Driver
   c) In particular, the IRQ and Port addresses must be the same.
To view or change the settings:
      1) Open Control Panel -> Multimedia -> Devices
      2) Double-click on MIDI Devices
      3) Double-click on MIDI for CrystalWare Audio Driver
      4) Click [Settings]
      5) Click the MPU-401 tab and note what the IRQ and Port Address
         settings are.
      6) Close these two windows
      7) Double-click on the MIDI for MPU-401-Compatible Driver
      8) Click [Settings] and make sure the resource settings match.
(For example, if the first device was set at IRQ 9 and address 330,
click the radio buttons to select the same values.)
