MIDI - how to enable external MIDI In (Win3.1/95)
To enable external MIDI In, an IRQ must be set for the TBS Malibu
Wavetable (MPU-401):

Windows 95
----------
1) Open Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> System -> Device Manager
-> Sound, Video and Game Controllers.
2) Double-click on the TBS Malibu Wavetable Synth (MPU-401) and click on
   the Resources tab.
3) Click on the box labelled "Basic Configuration" and change it from 0000
to 0002. You'll now see that an Interrupt Request is listed.
4) External MIDI IN should now work.

Also, from the Windows mixer, please make sure that under "Playback" the
"Synth" module is NOT Muted. If it is Muted, it not only disables the internal
Wavetable Synth but also cuts the communication with an external Midi source.
This is because the same driver handles the internal Wavetable Synth and the
MIDI In, MIDI Out communication.

Windows 3.1
-----------
1) From DOS, run "cs32cfg.exe".
2) Select the Music tab and make sure that the IRQ is set to a value such
   as 9.
3) Click [OK] and the new settings will be saved.
4) Restart the computer to activate the changes.
