Resources required 
The Maui requires one IRQ and one port address.

IRQs usable:
     8 bit: 2/9, 5
     16 bit: 12, 15

Port I/O:
     210H, 230H, 260H, 290H, 300H, 320H, 330H, 338H

NOTE: Many games look for a General MIDI sound device at 330H and don't
      give you the ability to select the port when you install it.
