Hung notes (Win 3.1)
If you have Maui drivers version 1.2 or greater, run the "WFDOS" command in
the Maui directory to turn all notes off.
To do so:
1. Exit Windows.
2. Type "CD C:\MAUI" to enter the Maui directory.
3. Type "WFDOS /O" to turn all notes off.
