Monte Carlo 928 and Zeos Systems 
ZEOS Systems use IRQ 7 and 9. You cannot use those for the sound card.  
The Diamond Stealth uses IRQ 11. Therefore, the only possibility for the sound
card is IRQ 5 and IRQ 10. That's it. If you have other devices in your system
using these resources, you must reassign them to get the MonteCarlo to work.  
If you cannot make these IRQ's available, the card will simply not work in
these systems.
