Joystick not working and how to enable it (929) 
Verify that you've got a mcarlo directory on your hard drive.  If you do not, 
please create a mcarlo folder, copy the 929 installation files to that 
location, and confirm that the autoexec.bat has these lines.  

   set sound16=c:\mcarlo
   c:\mcarlo\sndinit /b

Sndinit will not load unless the sound16 environment variable is present, 
and certain *.cfg and *.dat files are available.
