MIDI Port - How to Enable / Disable 
In the c:\mcarlo directory locate the file called MCACDOS.INI. Edit this file 
with a text editor:

     At the c:\mcarlo prompt type:  edit mcacdos.ini

Change the following line:

     [mad16]
     .
     GAME_PORT=ENABLED              *change to DISABLED to disable port

Save the file, exit, and reboot the system.
