Noise while playing back in Windows (928) {929} 
Noise usually comes from a noisy power supply or just other appliances on 
the same circuit. For quiet playback, use an amplifier that is external to
your computer; in other words, don't use the amp on the sound card itself. 
Instead, use powered speakers and use the Line Out connector rather than 
using the SPKR connection.
