Back Panel (from top down):

  * Stereo Line input (blue jack)
  * Microphone input (red jack)
  * Stereo Line output (green jack)
  * MIDI/Joystick port

Card's internal connections:

  * CD in (black connector)
  * Modem audio in (green connector)
  * Aux in (white connector)
