To change the IRQ for a PCI card, you must assign or change the IRQ for 
the PCI slot itself that the card is plugged into.  This is done from the 
motherboard's BIOS setup program.  (Unlike ISA cards, it is usually not 
possible to change the IRQ for a PCI card from the operating system.)

To enter the BIOS setup:
* Turn the computer on and watch the screen for a message like 
  "Press [_] to enter setup".  (The "[_]" will be some key such as 
  [DEL] or [F1].)
* Press that key and the BIOS setup screen will be displayed. 

A menu will list various categories.  For PCI cards, the options we want 
to change will be in a section called "PCI/PNP Configuration" or something
similar.  

Your BIOS setup may have an option to assign the various PCI slots to 
"Auto" or to a specific IRQ.  You will want to configure the slot that 
the card is using to a specific IRQ.  (For example, if your Montego 
A3DXStream is plugged into slot 1 and your PCI video card into slot 3, 
and both cards are using IRQ 11, you would change the setting for slot 1 
to another available interrupt.)

If your BIOS does not offer such an option, a BIOS upgrade from your 
motherboard manufacturer or computer vendor may provide it.  

If such an upgrade is unavailable, moving the card to a different slot or 
changing the order of the PCI cards may change which IRQs are used.

Note: For the SB Emulation device, you can change the IRQ from the 
      operating system.
