Drivers - reinstalling (Win9x/ME)
1) Be sure to have the latest drivers downloaded and unzipped to a directory
on your hard drive (like C:\Install)

2) Run the "TBS Montego Drivers" uninstaller in Add/Remove Programs, located
in the Windows Control Panel (Start -> Settings -> Control Panel ->
Add/Remove Programs ->TBS Montego Drivers). If you have a Montego II this
will be called "TBS Montego II".
Note: It is not necessary to remove the "TBS Montego (or Montego II)
Applications" to install the new drivers.

3) Go to Start -> Shutdown -> Restart computer. After you see the bios screen
flash up and before you see the windows splash screen press the "F8" key
4-5 times. This will bring up the Windows Startup menu. Select option 3
which is "Windows Safe Mode" and press the "Enter" key. This will enter you
   into Windows Safe Mode.

4) Once in Windows go to Start -> Settings -> Control Panel. From Control
Panel double click the System Icon. Select the Device Manager tab and
scroll down to Sound, Video, And Game Controllers.
Click the plus sign in front of the icon to expand the tree.

5) Delete all entries under Sound, Video and Game Controllers by highlighting
the entry and clicking the remove button. Do this until the Sound, Video
and Game Controllers icon disappears from Device Manager.

6) Now look for a big yellow question mark with the title other devices.
If there is such an entry, remove all devices under it as you did with
   Sound, Video and Game Controllers.

7) Go to Start -> Shutdown -> Restart Computer. Let your computer restart and
the Add New Hardware Wizard should detect your Montego (or Montego II).

8) Select manufacturer's drivers and hit the ok button. In the install from
disk window, type in the location of the (unzipped) new drivers
(like C:\Install) and hit the OK button. The install wizard will take over
from there installing all drivers and applications. If prompted for a
driver disk, just type in the location of the driver files and hit OK.

9) If you are also installing the applications you will be prompted for a
serial number. Just enter your Product ID number, which is located on your
Voyetra Turtle Beach registration card or on the back of your Apps CD-ROM.
