You have an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) version of the Turtle Beach
soundcard that was licensed to be included in your Dell computer and used ONLY
with that computer, in the original Windows Operating System as per Dell's
specifications.
All Technical Support questions regarding the soundcard and software
applications must be forwarded to Dell Technical Support. The support
pages at this site are ONLY for the RETAIL version of the Turtle Beach card.
If you Upgraded your Windows OS to a different one than the originally loaded
with your System, neither Dell nor the Original Manufacturer (VTB) will
support it. Your System Admin who installed the new OS in your Computer
should be able to assist you with installation of the components.
This said, documentation and Drivers are free to Download and you are
welcome to use it ON YOUR OWN and at YOUR OWN RISK.
