1) Uninstall the 931 sound card.
a) Click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> System -> Device Manager
b) Remove the entries that appear under Sound, Video and Game Controllers
for the card.
c) Delete any "oemX.inf" (where X is some number) files from the
"c:\windows\inf" or "c:\windows\inf\other" folders that pertain to the
card.
1) Double-click on the "oemX.inf" file to look at it in an editor such
as Notepad.
2) If the 931 card or Turtle Beach is mentioned, delete that file.
2) Reboot the computer.
3) Since the 931 card is a PnP card, Windows should detect it on the next
bootup and ask for the drivers.
NOTE: Do not use cleantbs.inf as that utility ONLY works with TB cards with a
Crystal chipset, such as the TBS-2000, Tropez Plus, etc.
